  5. My contract says that I may be entitled to bonuses or commissions if I reach certain targets. I believe that I have reached those targets but have not received any confirmation from my employer of any bonus I will receive. I need some advice about how strong a claim to bonuses/commissions I have and how I should pursue it.
  6. I am having a disagreement with my employer about certain conditions of my employment. I don’t want to lose my job but I want to raise the issue with my employer and see if we can work through it. How do I do this?
  7. I have been given a letter of allegations by the employer or a letter advising that an investigation is to be conducted into an incident at work in which I was involved and I am not sure of my legal rights or what I should do.
  8. I had to take leave recently to go to the funeral of a close relative. My employer is saying that I am not entitled to be paid for my time off. Is that true?
